We Mean Business: The Power of Equality

After a successful edition in 2022, we can't wait to see all women and allies together again to discuss how we can, together, leverage equality.

The 2023 Annual conference, We Mean Business; The Power of Equality, is the 8th edition of the club’s primary annual event and brings together students, IESE faculty, and business networks for a full day of inspiring sessions. We expect 300 women and men from all over the world gathered to network, empower, and build a strong community to fulfil this vision.

More than 20 senior talented professionals across industries and sectors will form part of the conference as panelists, keynote speakers or workshop providers, and will join the Women in Business and Men as Allies leadership teams to create an impactful and unforgettable experience.
