Stress is a natural human response that we can learn to train. In this workshop, we will start by briefly learning about its physiological mechanism and how it is different from anxiety. Our conversation will focus on the different contexts and ways in which we can train our stress levels through a cognitive and behavioral approach. We will explore a few short-term and long-term techniques to prepare for our academic and personal commitments more effectively.

This workshop is part of weekly series organized by the Center for Health, Well-Being & Happiness to provide you with skills to thrive amid the challenges of your academic journey.
