In this workshop led by Adjunct Professor of Resilience, Silvia Centeno, we will explore ways to cultivate and sustain a healthy motivation.

The second half of the workshop will consist of a facilitated discussion to support personal plan and commitment of the participants!
This workshop is part of weekly series organized by the Center for Health, Well-Being & Happiness to provide you with skills to thrive amid the challenges of your academic journey.

Dr. Silvia Centeno is an Adjunct Professor at IE Center for Health, Wellbeing and Happiness, Co-founder of Fundación [H]ARTE, an arts in health charity. (www.fundacionharte.org) and Business Angel at WA4STEAM, delivering seed capital for women entrepreneurs in STEAM. (www.wa4steam.com).

With a background in Business and a PhD in Energy and Environmental Management she was a professor and investigator at Madrid Technic University (UPM) for 20 years. In 2014, she finished a Master's Degree in Emotional Intelligence, & Cognitive Science and became a certified coach initiating a new career path and personal quest to understand the mind and promote the development of the human potential.

She has the UPENN Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology and has been accredited at Neuroscience, Trauma, and Resilience by the Spanish Resilience Institute (IER) and the Society of Specialist in Post Traumatic Stress (SETEPT).
