LGBT+@Work 2021 (In-Person Conference)

LGBT+@Work is a an annual conference that is run by the IE Out and Allies club and promotes LGBT+ leadership in the business environment. 

The goal of LGBT+@Work is to promote the free exchange of ideas and provide a unique networking platform for LGBTQ+ students, professionals, and allies. Speakers, sponsors, and attendees from all around the world join LGBT+@Work, creating a truly diverse, international, and immersive experience.

WHERE?

LGBT+@Work is taking place on July 5th - 6th 2021.
On the 5th the event will be held in a hybrid mode, at Círculo de Bellas Artes, Madrid.

THIS YEAR’S THEME: "Success in the face of Adversity" 

Our speakers will explore various barriers and hardships professionally and personally, and how they have managed to leverage these challenges into fuel for success. We aim to reflect the diversity of our community by highlighting stories from across the LGBT+ community inclusive of all genders, BIPOC, neurodivergent and HIV+ folks.

HEALTH MEASSURMENTS (As of May 2021):
We are applying an individual registration, to collect all registrants' personal data. The details will be stored locally and won't be exported nor shared with any entity, unless the authorities ask for them due to the ongoing health crisis. We thank you for your understanding and for your cooperation.

We kindly ask all participants to act responsibly, and in case of any symptoms emergence to cancel their participation and not show up to the in-person event.
